Starting out

Starting out

Hello everyone,

Figured I would write this before starting, to be more likely to hold myself to actually going through with it. And doing it after the fact would not feel entirely genuine.

I have done many different things during my EVE lifetime.

I have been the high-sec dwelling, mission running capsuleer, that alternated between running missions and mining. Never leaving the comfort of high security space.

I have been the pirate roaming low-sec looking for unwitting capsuleers to destroy and/or ransom. One of the flashing red ships that sits on a gate shooting the shit with corpmates for hours waiting on some poor traveler to jump in.

I have even been one of the F1 clicking "faceless" masses in nullsec warfare, feeling like just a cog in the machine. Always chasing that isk/hr.

Back from a long hiatus from EVE, I decided to do something new. Something I have never done before. Go to that scary place where there were no local to fall back on, and experienced thugs roamed looking for easy prey and no warp-gates available for easy travel.

Wormholes.

I have never previously engaged with anything connected to wormhole, and the wormhole life at all. Sure, I have been IN wormholes while passing through to other places but never to stay.

That changes now.

Scanning experience is rudimentary at best, atrocious at worst. And I have never used POS (something I have come to understand is probably my best bet for starting out) but I like doing new things, so I am hopeful this will be fun.

I am also entirely new to blogging so this blog will be a work in progress, with improvements as I go along.
